Mabion is excited to attend BEBPA European Bioassay Conference in Prague. Natalia Urbańska is a speaker of an scientific talk on antibody-based drugs.

We’re excited to be part of this year’s 17th Annual European Bioassay Conference, where industry leaders gather to explore the latest trends in bioassays.

At the conference, Natalia Urbańska, our Junior Biotechnology Specialist will present Mabion’s case study “Dual-Targeting Antibody-Based Drugs: Development of Robust, Orthogonal Techniques for Binding Assessment with Analytical Quality by Design Approach”. The presented results are the result of her joint work with Marcin Ciechanowski on bispecific antibodies. Natalia will dive deep into our analytical Quality by Design approach, inspired by the latest updates from the European Medicines Agency and FDA. Our presentation will cover:

  • Defining critical quality attributes and creating a comprehensive analytical target profile
  • Developing precise and robust analytical methods through design of experiments (DoE)
  • Employing orthogonal technologies offering insights into binding properties based on relative potency values as well as kinetic and affinity parameters.
